I spent over 10 years in recruitment, startups, corporates, LATAM, the United States, Europe. And everywhere I saw exactly the same thing: exceptional talent that never reached the companies that needed it, not for lack of ability, but because the process failed along the way.

That friction has a real cost. Positions open for months. Hires that don't work out. Time and budget no team should be wasting.

We decided to stop working within the problem. We decided to build the solution.

Today I lead product and technology at Taleri. That means two things running in parallel: an international recruitment service with a rigorous evaluation process, psychometric, situational, in English, and a proprietary technology platform that automates screening, centralizes candidates, and gives hiring teams real visibility into every process. We don't just find the right person. We build the infrastructure to make doing so repeatable and measurable.

I have spent over 6 years at the intersection of people and strategy, selection processes, organizational development, and talent consulting across different industries and markets. What that experience taught me is that the problem is almost never finding candidates. It is knowing exactly what a company needs before going out to look for them.

That clarity is the difference between a hire that works and six months lost repeating the process from scratch. A cost few companies calculate until they are already paying it.

We decided that had to be part of the solution too, not just the search process.

Today I lead operations and the direct relationship with every client at Taleri. My job is to make sure that every solution we deliver, staffing, RPO, HR outsourcing, or AI automations, is backed by real market knowledge and strategic judgment.

I have worked alongside companies through moments that go far beyond a single hire: reorganizations, expansions, structural redesigns, processes where the real question was not who to bring in, but what needed to be resolved first. What that experience makes clear is that the most costly talent mistakes do not happen during the search. They happen in the definition.

Hiring well is not an HR function. It is a business decision.
